Vegan Food and Wine Pairings for Labor Day Festivities

Here’s some reading for your holiday weekend:

  • Check out my post over at the Main Street Vegan Blog about pairing vegan food and wine for your end-of-summer festivities.  My husband and I have been enjoying BeyondBurgers this summer.  Try one with a bold Zinfandel.
  • Here’s also a related article you should read from one of my wine heroes, Alice Feiring, about pairing natural wine with plant-based meals.
  • The Guardian says we should give up Prosecco for many reasons.  The article also unfortunately introduced me to the expression  “I’ll be there in a prosecco.” I’ll try not to use it this weekend.
